Our guarantees
For trail activities with clues based on existing plaques, signs and other features around a location, we guarantee that clues are correct at the time of printing. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that clues are set on permanent features, we cannot guarantee that clues will remain in situ and solvable indefinitely.
-
For Explorer Trails, the fixed clues are not a major part of the activity and all clue locations can be found online at www.yorkshiretrails.co.uk/smugglers
-
For Treasure Trails, please see the smallprint within your Trail booklet. The SMS 'stuck on a clue' helpline is there to assist you.
-
For tailored events and activities, methods of obtaining unsolved clue answers are included in self-run packs and offered by us at managed events.
For bespoke trail activities based on plaques created by us, all clues will work as long as the plaques are placed in appropriate and visible locations. You are sent are draft of the final product before printing and all products are fully tested by us.
